Timothy Gager is a bestselling author of 18 books of fiction and poetry, and his most recent novel, Joe the Salamander, is now available on audiobooks. He hosted the successful Dire Literary Series in Cambridge, MA from 2001 to 2018, and started a weekly virtual series in 2020. He has had over 1000 works of fiction and poetry published, of which 18 were nominated for the Pushcart Prize. His work has been nominated twice for a Massachusetts Book Award, The Best of the Web, The Best Small Fictions Anthology, and has been read on National Public Radio
Kali Lightfoot lives and writes in Salem, MA. Her work has appeared in journals and anthologies including Lavender Review, Poetry South, and Gyroscope. Her poems have been nominated for Pushcart Prizes, and Best of the Net, and her first full-length collection, Pelted by Flowers, published by CavanKerry Press, was chosen a Must Read by the Massachusetts Book Awards, and Best Dressed on the Wardrobe blog of Sundress Publications. Kali earned an MFA in Writing at Vermont College of Fine Arts.
